AX Intelligence is our proprietary automated reporting platform that connects to client Google Analytics and Search Console accounts via secure OAuth authentication to generate professional analytics reports.

Client Data Access and Use
– Access is limited to read-only permissions for Google Analytics and Search Console
– Data is used solely for generating client reports and analytics insights
– All data processing occurs on our local WordPress infrastructure
– No client data is shared with third parties or external services
– Clients retain full ownership of their Google Analytics data

OAuth Authorization and Security
– Clients must explicitly authorize access to their Google accounts
– Authorization can be revoked at any time through the client’s Google account settings
– All access tokens are encrypted and stored securely
– We maintain comprehensive audit logs of all data access

Service Availability and Performance
– Automated data synchronization occurs daily (configurable)
– Report generation typically completed within 5 minutes

Limitation of Liability for AX Intelligence
– Our liability is limited to the value of the reporting services provided
– We are not responsible for any business decisions made based on the analytics data

Data Retention and Deletion
– Processed report data retained for 13 months unless otherwise requested
– Raw OAuth tokens maintained until client revokes access
