Phoenix and the Turtle carries dozens of brands under one roof – Elk, Kip & Co, Sage & Clare, Bopo Women and more – spanning fashion, beauty and homewares. That’s a genuine strength in-store, where a customer can wander and discover; online, that same breadth can just read as clutter. The site needed to hold all of that variety together under one clear, playful identity, without losing anyone along the way.
AX Digital partnered with Phoenix and the Turtle, a curated lifestyle and gift retailer now based in Sorrento on the Mornington Peninsula, to rebuild their online store around browsing by feeling rather than just by category – the same instinct that makes wandering the physical shop enjoyable.
