This question can be hard to answer without knowing all the facts. We really do like to try and talk to you, get a gage on what it is you are looking for and needing before giving you a price. We feel without doing the appropriate research and asking the right questions we could be providing you with incorrect information and we would hate to do that. If you do find you are lacking the time to be able to catch up, we do have a price guide pdf that we can send to you and you are more than welcome to see where you fit amongst our Small, Medium and Large website costings.

So here at AX Digital we offer a few things, depending on what service you are looking to receive from us, we either require half up front, half on acceptance of design or monthly. All can be discussed when we catch up.

We have tried our hardest to try and cater to everyone from a small business to a larger business. As our company grew so did our workload and we feel that staying conservitive but still competitive is one of our selling points. We aren’t the most expensive company but we certainly are not the cheapest and that’s where we feel we really hit the mark with a lot of our clients, we know what we are worth.

Website questions...

We do have the ability to do this. Yes, we do prefer to build our sites on WordPress and it does give us the creative freedom we enjoy being graphic designers by trade. It does not mean we are against using other platforms, all we like to do is provide you with the information we have acquired over the years so you can make an educated decision when choosing a platform.

Of course. This is 100% your website and you should always have all login details and a crash course in how to manage your website. After your website has been built, you are not locked into anything with us, you are free to manage the site on your own.

Another big fat yes, if you are in the position where you do not have time to maintain your site, can not update stock levels, publish products or check titles and descriptions, we are able to provide this service to you.

Before handing the site over to you and sending it live, we make sure that your site is functioning on every device. Whether it be Desktop, iPad/tablet or your phone, we make sure everything is running 100%

Another of our many services we provide is website hosting, by offering this service you can have peace of mind that your hosting is with us, you can call us at any point and do not have to wait on the phone for ages trying to get a hold of someone else. Having an AUS based host also gives you security and speed to your site. In saying that, if your site is currently hosted somewhere else, that is perfectly fine.

Other questions...

The expression “Rome wasn’t built in a day” is something that is said fairly often in the development world. Building a website is a lot like building a house. When providing you with a quote we factor in a timeline and give you an idea of how long the process takes, if you would like to know more about our process please look over our process page. Depending on the size of the job, it usually takes 2 months to build a small to medium sized site.

This is absolutely NOT a problem at all. As we are a digital agency and thanks to covid we do tend to have a lot of our meetings digitally. This has allowed us to expand our business immensely and happy to say we work with clients all over Australia. IF you are local though, we love catching up with our clients and feel as if we have a great relationship with pretty much all of our clients.

This is a question you will have to ask yourself. We are happy to have a 1 hour meeting with you every week to keep you up to date with where things are and we will be in constant communication or you can be the complete opposite and we will get in touch when things are ready for you to review. It is entirely up to you.

If you are not in the position to write content for yourself or provide us with content, we do have a copywriter in house who has a lot of experience with page content structure and knows how to optimise your site for SEO. We can include this to your overall fee

Once you are off the ground running we do give our website clients 3 months free support just as a safety net. Once this 3 months is up, you are more than welcome to come back to us for any website related service. We do either charge by the hour or you can come onboard for a monthly fee.
