The Scope
Paradigm BioPharmaceuticals is a pharmaceutical company based in Melbourne, Australia. Working with Murray from Crash Bang Wallop we faced the challenge of creating a website that would stand out from standard pharmaceutical websites and have a premium, yet simplistic look like Apple, the new website needed to be fast, intuitive and user-friendly.
The Main Objective
The main challenge was to create a website that would effectively communicate complex scientific data associated with their products in an easy-to-understand manner for both healthcare professionals and patients. The site needed to be image-heavy, with each page having over 500 images on it, but still load quickly on both desktop and mobile devices. The team at AX Digital we collaborated closely with Crash Bang Wallop (Paradigm’s brand agency) to create a fully customised website. We conducted thorough research on their products, competitors, and target audience to develop a comprehensive plan.
To make sure the site loaded quickly despite its size and image-heavy nature, we worked tirelessly on optimising the coding whilst ensuring compatibility with all browsers. We also implemented custom animations throughout the site which changed as users scrolled up or down – providing an engaging user experience. We also created customised APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) which were crucial in reflecting stock exchange prices in real-time – important for investors monitoring stock prices.
The Solution
The final result was a fully-functional website built from scratch using custom code that effectively communicated complex scientific data associated with Paradigm’s products while being visually stunning. The site had custom animations throughout it which made it more engaging while still loading quickly despite its size.
