At AX Digital we understand that our clients all have their own individual goals and objectives. People get into business for different reasons and have different goals in mind. Today we wanted to share with you this short post about What are the 3 Ps of strategy. We understand that our clients each have individual goals. As such, there’s no such thing as a one size fits all solution. That doesn’t mean that there isn’t a system. That doesn’t mean there isn’t a process.

As such, we have developed our 3 Ps of strategy to help deliver success for our clients and we want to delve into each of the 3 “Ps” below.

Plan

The first step in our strategy is working with our clients on the planning phase. The first thing we need to do is ensure that we understand our client’s business goals. This allows us to more effectively understand who our client’s target market is, and who we need to craft digital marketing content for. The first thing we need to do is know who we need to talk to. This allows us to determine the best platforms and methods to deliver a message and from there we can craft clear digital marketing goals.

Progress

Once we have developed a strategic digital marketing strategy for our clients, the next step is to ensure that we action this plan. A goal or a plan without action taken is just a wish. Part of the planning process is to develop a list of action items and we understand and ensure that progress is taken.  Progress happens on a step by step basis and not all clients will be starting from the same point. It’s important for us to ensure that our clients first have the right foundations in place to fully leverage any steps in a  digital marketing campaign. We do nothing in an adhoc basis. Every progressive step has a purpose towards achieving your goals. 

Performance

Prominent management guru Peter Drucker is credited with sharing with us the quote “what gets measured gets managed.” We believe that successful digital marketing is underpinned by this quote. We need to monitor the performance of all of the activities that we implement as part of your campaign. Only through monitoring and measuring can we optimise your campaigns and make the required improvements so you see the best results. Through monitoring the performance of your campaign we are well placed to do more of what is working, and stop doing what isn’t working.
